Pictou Mutual Insurance Company is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of policyholders just like you. They are professionals who dedicate their part-time hours and energy to the supervision and governance of our company.
The Board meets no less than four times per year and the Directors also serve on one or more sub-committees that manage Underwriting & Rates, Human Resources, Investments, Conduct Review and Audit to ensure that all aspects of our company’s operations are running smoothly and in accordance with legal requirements.
